In an emergency
Call Triple Zero (000). After hours, call healthdirect on 1800 022 222. Do not use the enquiry form for urgent matters, because it is not monitored around the clock.
The enquiry form
Please do not include medical details in an enquiry. Sending an enquiry does not make you a patient of the practice and does not book an appointment. Appointments are booked through HotDoc or by calling reception.
Fees and opening hours
Fees and hours shown on this site are set by the practice and can change. Please check with reception when you book.
Third-party services
Booking through HotDoc and the Google Maps link are provided by other companies. Their own terms apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their services.
Our content
The text, images and design of this site belong to the practice or its suppliers. You may view and print pages for your own use, but please do not copy them for other purposes without asking.
