This policy covers this website only. It does not describe how the practice handles your health record, which is covered by the practice’s own privacy policy and given to you as a patient. Warrawong General Practice (Shop 1, 45 King Street, Warrawong NSW 2502) is the operator of this site.

The enquiry form is for booking, billing and general questions. Please do not put medical details, symptoms or test results in it. For anything urgent call Triple Zero (000), and after hours call healthdirect on 1800 022 222.
What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, phone number, an optional email address, what the enquiry is about, and your message.
- Technical details: like most websites, our host may record your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
What we do not collect
This site does not use advertising trackers, analytics tools or marketing cookies. It does not ask you to create an account.
How we use it
We use your enquiry only to reply to you about the matter you raised, for example to arrange an appointment or answer a question about fees. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing.
Who sees it
Enquiries are delivered to the practice’s reception inbox. The website host and our email delivery provider handle the message while it is in transit and stored for a short period. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Links to other sites
Booking goes through HotDoc, and the map link opens Google Maps. Those are separate services with their own privacy policies.
Keeping it safe
Messages are sent over an encrypted connection and held only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, which is another reason to keep medical details out of the form.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you from this site, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call reception on (02) 4207 3345 and we will help.
